Collaborates with FAO on the development and implementation of the Digital Farmer Registry, and with UNCDF on capacity building in digitizing agriculture. Engagement with Government ICT counterparts, developers and provincial officers supports hosting coordination, system handover and the transition toward a sustainable national digital platform for primary producers. Capacity-building responsibilities include training VPPA staff and selected primary producers in digital data collection, KoboToolbox, data processing, cybersecurity, backup procedures and dashboard use, alongside support for field officers using KoboToolbox-enabled tablets.
